To the parents of ____________________ Football practice opens up on Monday, August 20th. We have a new coach, Neal Frame, a graduate of Bowling Green University. Before anyone can start practice with the squad three things are required:

(1) permission from parents to play
(2) a physical exam by a doctor
(3) $8.50 insurance policy paid by the parents

The physical exam will be given here at the school at NO CHARGE on the eve of August 16th (Thursday) at 7:00 p.m. by Dr. Robert L. Sutton of Tipp City. If anyone fails to take that exam on that night it will be necessary for him to arrange for his own exam at his own expense, and it must be taken before a player can practice or play football.

We will be playing 5 regularly scheduled games this season. Here is the schedule:

Fri, Sept 14 at Shawen Acres
Fri, Sept 21 at Dixie
Fri, Sept 28 at Centerville
Fri, Oct 5th at Greenview
Thurs, Oct 25th Ansonia (at New Carlisle)
All articles of clothing will be furnished by the school except the following:

Football shoes, socks, athletic supporter

IMPORTANT: I am mailing a copy of this letter to all that took part in our football program last year. If you know of anyone new that will be coming out, or anyone that I might have missed -- PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT the PHYSICAL EXAM DATE -- AUGUST 16th. Thanks.
